![]() If you're shooting at double that, 30fps, then the shots are half as far apart (2.5mm foot movement per frame) and to get continuous movement over the same range of time, you need the new shot to fit the previous motion of twice as many previous frames. When setting up that frame you need to make each new shot line up properly with a few previous frames so the motion looks smooth. Suppose also that during a particular point in the walk cycle, the foot moves about 5mm per frame. Let's say you're shooting at 15fps and making a figure walk.
